Parents,

Thank you all for attending last night's meeting. We are off to a wonderful head start for the upcoming school year. All dancers and parents are expected to know all rules and regulations as outlined in the Sapphire's try-out package. Remember your first costume payment is due on Friday, May 14th and your last payment is due on June 1st. Make all check and/or money orders payments out to Patterson Middle School, and put your child's name and the word dance in the subject line. Please have your child give me their payments by 2pm on Friday.

Parent meeting/ Athletic banquet

Just a friendly reminder, we have a MANDATORY parent meeting scheduled this Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 from 5:00-5:30pm. Please be there the meeting will start on time. Also, the athletic banquet is scheduled for May 20th from 6-8pm. Family and friends are welcomed.

The athletic banquet is scheduled for May 20th, all current Sapphires are expected to attend. The time is TBA. The official time will be posted as soon as I receive it. Ladies come get recognized for all the hard work you put into the Sapphires dance team this . I look forward to seeing you and your parents.

I am so proud of you. You all wowed the judges and me as well. With the title of "Sapphires" comes great responsibility you are viewed as a leader and a role model. You are a direct representation of Charles E. Patterson Middle School and as a team we will strive hard to exemplify the school's motto of "Achieving Excellence Together". 2010-2011 Sapphire try-outs

Girls, don't forget try-outs start this Wednesday, April 21st from 3:45-5:00pm. We will have a quick meeting so you will know how try-outs are conducted, what to wear and find out what the judges will be looking for. Please remember to bring and turn in your COMPLETED dance packet. No exceptions will be allowed for an incomplete packet. If you have any questions regarding your packet or try-outs please do not hesitate to ask. Good Luck!

Black History Program

Hey ladies, please remember to bring your black dancewear up to the school no later than 5 pm tomorrow. The Black History program will start promptly at 6 pm. Our pep rally has been moved to next Friday, February 26th. I will let you know what we will be wearing. Remind your parents to check our blog and school website for information on the Sapphires.

February practice schedule

Hey guys, we are back up and running. Sorry for the issues with the blog it has finally been fixed. We are now on our final countdown for the Sapphires 2009-2010 dance year. With that being said we only have three weeks of dance team practice and performances left for this school year. Remember practices are every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-4:45pm (Except Feb 4/ 18 early release) our last Saturday practice is on February 13th from 9:00-11:00 am. That's only 7 practices left!!! Please make sure you are in attendance for these last practices to make our final performances.
