DANCE CAMP/ SHOW-OFFS
SAPPHIRES,
We made it through dance camp and are starting the new school year on a good note. To have a successful team we must all do our part. You ladies need to continue to work on the routines you learned. I will post the videos following this blog. It is essential that you PRACTICE! A big thank you to family, friends and faculty who made "SHOW OFFS" fun and exciting. A special "thank you" to Sami and Kelsie from ADTS whose patience and talent are remarkable. A heartful "thank you" to Ms. Freeman who has recently joined the Sapphire family and has showed an eagerness to learn what middle school dance team is all about. It is about to shift into high gear ladies, and I cannot wait to show the routines I have been working on!

DANCE CAMP
Ladies, it is dance camp time! I hope you are excited to learn all new routines for the upcoming school year. Remember camp is being held on the 26th- 29th of July, from 9-4pm. We will have "show-offs" on Thursday at 2:30 pm to give our family and friends a glimpse of the routines we learned this week. I hope you are as enthusiatic as I am, and I cannot wait to see you there!

DANCE CAMP
Sapphires we have our dates for camp. Camp will be held at Charles E. Patterson Middle School July 26-30 from 9-4pm. Remember, camp is mandatory and you need to report on campus no later than 8:45am in the gym. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please call the campus at 254-336-7100 and leave me message.
COSTUMES
Sapphire Parents,
Our costume samples have arrived and we need to get the girls fitted asap! We will have our fitting on Wednesday, June 2nd at 5pm. It is MANDATORY for parents to be at the fitting. It reduces issues with costume sizing and appearance. The orders for costumes will go in on Thursday, June 3rd. If your dancer has a remaining balance you will need to pay on or before Wednesday, June 2nd or your dancer will not get a costume.
Thank you for all your help; we are off to a great start!

Parents,
Thank you all for attending last night's meeting. We are off to a wonderful head start for the upcoming school year. All dancers and parents are expected to know all rules and regulations as outlined in the Sapphire's try-out package. Remember your first costume payment is due on Friday, May 14th and your last payment is due on June 1st. Make all check and/or money orders payments out to Patterson Middle School, and put your child's name and the word dance in the subject line. Please have your child give me their payments by 2pm on Friday.

Parent meeting/ Athletic banquet
Just a friendly reminder, we have a MANDATORY parent meeting scheduled this Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 from 5:00-5:30pm. Please be there the meeting will start on time. Also, the athletic banquet is scheduled for May 20th from 6-8pm. Family and friends are welcomed.
